1. Agreement

By using this website, ordering materials, or providing your phone number to Golden Valley Materials Inc ("Golden Valley Materials," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Quotes and orders

Quote requests submitted through this website are not binding contracts. All orders require verbal or written confirmation from Golden Valley Materials.
Pricing varies by material, quantity and delivery location, and is subject to change without notice.
Material availability is subject to stock at the time of confirmation.

3. Delivery

Delivery dates and times are estimates, subject to availability, weather, traffic and site conditions.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and legal access to the delivery site.
Our driver documents each delivery with photographs and, where the customer is present, a signature.

4. SMS text messaging program terms

Program: Golden Valley Materials sends automated text messages to customers about their material orders, deliveries, and service experience.

How to join: you consent by providing your mobile number to our staff when placing an order — in person at our yard, or by phone — or by submitting it through this website. We do not purchase, rent or otherwise obtain phone numbers from any other source.

Message types: order confirmation, driver en route, delivery confirmation, and a one-time follow-up asking about your service experience.
Message frequency: varies by transaction. Typically up to 3 messages per order, plus at most one service follow-up message per customer.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Golden Valley Materials is not responsible for charges applied by your mobile carrier.
To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.

Carriers: supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to purchase materials or receive deliveries.

How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms & Privacy Policy. We never share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for marketing.

5. Website content

The content of this website, including text, images and logos, is the property of Golden Valley Materials Inc and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Golden Valley Materials is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from delays in delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in San Joaquin County, California.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
